Tips For Your Eye Vision Care

The eye is a sensitive and vulnerable organ. Inadequate or lack of sleep, infections, age and other phenomena treat our eyes every now and then. Consequently we must spare no effort to take a good care of our eyes.

In case you have problems with your vision, take the following steps for your eye vision care.

  1. Incorporate into your daily nutrition food containing vitamin A ( carrots, papaya, eggs and so on). This will make your eyes brighter. Also drink much fluid, since the intake of fluid will keep your body and, consequently, your eyes healthy.
  2. Consider to put cucumber or potato slices over your eyes. They are good for dark circles and will soothe your eyes.
