Exercises for face are very easy. You can do them at home, without anyone’s help. They include exercises for your forehead, lips, eyes, neck and double chin.

Forehead exercise: Put your index fingers above your eyes, press gently and raise your eyebrows. Perform this exercise 10 times a day, and it will make your forehead firmer.

Lip exercise: Tighten your lips by sucking on your finger as hard as you can. This exercise should be repeated 10 times a day.

Eye exercises: Sit down, close your eyes and relax. Then try to look down and up with your eyes closed. Do this exercise 15-20 times, then, keeping your eyes closed, raise your eyebrows and keep them raised for a few seconds. Then, relax and repeat the whole exercise 10 times.

Neck exercise: Sit with your back straight. Then tilt your head back and look up. Move your lower lip over your top lip as far as possible. Relax and repeat this 10 times.

Double chin exercise: Sit straight in a chair. Tilt your head back and look up. Pucker your lips, count up to 20 and relax, bringing your head back to the normal position.
